Greenray Industries’ new T1243 TCXO delivers ultra-low phase noise performance and excellent vibration compensation.
Available from 10 to 50 MHz and with g-Sensitivity to <7 x 10-11/g, the T1243 TCXO is ideal for demanding mobile/communications applications. CMOS output is standard; Supply voltage is +3.3Vdc or +5.0 Vdc, and supply current is 30mA max. EFC is provided for precise tuning or phase locking applications.
